The existing outdoor living space was visually and physically disconnected from the interior kitchen and entertaining areas. A massive 30-foot brick chimney and enclosed screens blocked sightlines and flow, limiting the space’s usability and appeal.

Removed the 30-foot brick chimney to open up views and improve spatial flow
Rebuilt the outdoor covered living area with tongue-and-groove ceilings and upgraded fixtures for a refined finish
Installed a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas grill, countertops, and premium accessories
Designed and constructed a new patio space with retaining walls and curated landscaping to enhance both function and aesthetics
